Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship with major courier partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart & DTDC.

Upto 3 delivery attempt are made by the courier partner. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the delivery.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 2 to 6 working days post dispatch unless there is reason which is beyond control. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.


How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

At Minipattu, we strive to offer exceptional customer service. Please note that once orders are placed, they cannot be returned unless the item received is damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us via email at info.minipattu@gmail.com or call us at +91 99444 11676 from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM – 5 PM within 3 working days of receiving the goods. Our dedicated Customer Care team at Minipattu will assist you promptly. Please be informed that we only accept returns for damaged goods.

Ensure the following conditions are met when returning damaged goods:

  • The price tags must be intact.
  • The product should be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging.

What is the process to return a product?

Step 1:

Inform us via email at info.minipattu@gmail.com or call us at +91 99444 11676 from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM – 5 PM within 3 working days of receiving the parcel. Please mention your order number as the subject line and provide the reason for the return. Failure to inform us within 3 working days will indicate the merchandise is considered sold.

Step 2:

Wait for written confirmation from our team to proceed with the return.

Step 3:

Seal the package securely and courier it back to the address from which you received the product.

Ensure the package is properly sealed as safe delivery is your responsibility.

Step 4:

Email or WhatsApp us an image of the sealed package to notify us of the return, mentioning your order number as the subject line. Failure to do so may result in the return being unidentified and returned to the sender.

Step 5:

Upon receiving the product, we will conduct a quality check within 2-3 working days. If your case is genuine and approved by our Customer Care team, you will receive a refund via the same method used for purchase within 7-10 days from the receipt of the product at Minipattu.

Faulty Goods:

Goods are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 working days of receipt. Normal wear and tear are not considered faults.

If your item is faulty upon receipt, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return through your account and send the faulty goods back to us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Repeated Returns:

We offer a flexible returns policy to enhance your online shopping experience. However, we monitor the frequency of returns, and repeated returns may be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion. Continued returns may also result in the closure of your Minipattu account.
